Only one person in a lecture class…

Okay, things like this bother me so much, like give me a physical feeling of being upset. I see a teacher, trying to do his thing, and ONLY ONE PERSON is there…I just don’t understand. This looks like a college, like the kids just didn’t bother to show up. The teacher can’t be that bad. To me there is no excuse for this.

Then I feel worse and imagine no one going. It’s probably happened in this class. That teacher got up, had a lesson planned, went to the school, wasted gas, felt the horrible disappointment and realization that no one gives a crap about your subject or getting knowledge from you. And I suppose left. To me teachers deserve the most basic of respect in you attending the class and not disrupting it. Sure whatever, you don’t have to like it, or work hard at it, but you’re paying to go there presumably, and the teacher has to be there, so get your act together and show up.

To me, this is not funny.
